PDM problem (DNA)

Hi,

I'm using DNA v3 and our MD110 version is BC9.
I have tried to open PDM (performance Data Manager)
however win popup appears " Unable to Synchronize MD110"
. Then I tried to synchrounise MD110 Support (Check All) the results success. When i try to reopen PDM again the messages " Unable to Synchronize MD110" still appears.

can anybody help me ....
 
You probably haven´t entered the right way to connect to the MD110 for PDM. Check in the menu "Application"+Communication in MD110Support. Be sure to have the same settings in PDM as you have in MD110support. All DNA applications can connect to MD110 via IP, Direct serial port, or dialed connection. You have to choose the right connection that the system is using.

If you are using a serial connection and you have either EMG or MDsupport connected the serial port will be busy. Try closing EMG and MDsupport.

I able to enter PDM after checking the 'communnication'

just another question, i tried to initiate traffic analysis
(operator individual,trunk and route for duration of 1 year,through PDM and succed. However i didn't see any lists of traffic analysis that i initiated at Active Measurement folder. When i printed TRDIP from fiol it shows the lists
of the traffic analysis that i initiated

 
Wait for 24 hours and see what happens and be sure that the command FIFCP is printable in the lever that you log in with PDM. Check with IOCAP:COM=FIFCP, if you are logging on to level 5 then FIFCP must also be in level 5 or lower. By default FIFCP is always in level 7 if someone hasn´t changed it.
