pdfmword.dll not found using adobe pdf converter

Need your help urgently.
I am using Acrobat Professional Edition v6.
I can't convert pdf in word using the printer adobe pdf because the message box say "Error: The following error occurred while Printing? File not found pdfmword.dll."
I searched this file pdfmword.dll and it is already in the hard drive
C:\program files\adobe\acrobat 6.0\pdfmaker\office
I don't understand. Is this the correct location? What can I do about this. I would be grateful if you could find an answer.

I don't have that problem, but I can confirm that I have that dll in the same location, if that helps at all.

The version of the file I have is 6.0.0.0. File size is 1.05mb, created May 15, 2003, 12:25:22 AM.

Did you install Office or Word after installing Acrobat? Have you disabled macros in Word - this will prevent PDFMaker from running.

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this original problem as I also have it but the support page link given by Murgle is no longer on the Adobe web site.
