PDF Extraction

I'm using excel and have a lot of reports that are created to pdf files. I was wondering if there was a way to extract certain information from this pdf with VBA.

Don't know how in directly in VBA, but Monarch will easily do it and can also be automated with VBA.

You will need :

1. advanced version of Adobe (most people have only Adobe Reader) to access the libraries\functions from VBA that would allow you automatically extract content of your .pdf

2. or 3rd party software as sxchech suggested

3. or you could use a cheeky way of "sendkeys" - to save your pdf as a text file and modify it from there
