PDF Creation

I am not sure if this is the best forum to ask in so I thought I would start here and get quickly told if I should ask somewhere else

I have a process inside a dll that generates an RTF file that is then linked on a page in my ASP based site. How hard would it be to then convert that RTF file to a PDF file? Has anyone done that before? Tips or direction would be great!

CutePDF installs as a printer, I see that being a problem already on most hosts, does anyone know of a free PDF on the fly creator that works in Windows Server 2003 maybe a component or script?
