Does anyone have pci.vxd verison 4.10.2224? I have a Orinoco pcmcia network card and sometimes its recognized by windows on startup and sometimes its not...its a timing issue. I have to go in back of my computer take out the cardbus card and reinsert it each time. Version 4.10.2224 of pvi.vxd is supposed to fix it but Microsoft doesn't give a link to just d/l it. Orinoco just tells me to goto microsoft's web site.

Did you download and try the latest Windows Shutdown Suppliment? It should have the latest version of this file in it.

Yes, a friend of mine gave me the above link. After installing it, I noticed it was only version 4.10.2223 and not 2224 for some reason. Hence...I am still having my problem.

I cant find any info on this versin. The latest I find is 4.10.2223. Now its possible that version 4.10.224 is a Windows ME version. If thats the case then 4.10.223 is the highest Win98 version. James Collins

I have on one of My PC's Here the latest OEM version of Win98 and it hsa version 4.10.2222
Have you done ALL the Windows updates on their update sight? I have not. I will and let you know if it is that. James Collins
