I don't know if im on the correct topic, but I been having a proublem with pcb routing of a PCI express slot. Does anyone knoews where to get resources for standards or techniques on how to route PCI Express.

by the way i don't mean the routing of the PCI Express slot on the mother board but the card that goes in the slot...

Hi Reishi, generally I was under the assumption that when drivers were loaded into an os for a particular piece of equipment that IRQ ranges would be fed to the os and the os would allocate an IRQ range that does not conflict with other hardware.........maybe i am off base on what you are looking for but i'm sure someone will help.
