PCI-Express into a AGP PCI Mobo

i was wondering if there was some type of hardware that would make a PCI-express card fit into a AGP/Regular PCI Mobo slots.
 
I doubt it. The voltages required are very different.

Plus, the host controllers for AGP, PCI, and PCI-Express are different beasts. I don't think an adapter would be enough...
