PCanywhere Blank Screen

[Manic]

I have been connected to several machines but now when I connect to them all I get is a blank screen.

Has anyone else had this problem? and more to the point anyone have a solution to this?

this seems to be just the logon screen..

Any ideas anyone?


I have searched the Symantec website but answers for anything seem very thin on the ground.

hmm..irq conflicts? changed your mouse ports recently?

I get the same thing. Version 10.5 seemed to work flawlessly, but since going to 11 and 11.5, I get this. Not on all PC's, but some. And it's not consistant. Can log in fine, then the next day, I have to stop and restart the service.

If you find the answer, post it!

I still get it from time to time but I found checking for latest graphics drivers for the target machine works 99%.

The problem I now have is that one of the target machines boots me out every other ettempt at remoting to it.

fortunatly I don't connect to this machine very often.
