PcAnywhere 10.5 Remote Access

Hello there,
I Have Pcanywhere 10.5 installed in my office and home. I have both host and remote installed on both location. i can access home pc from office but not able to access office pc from home. I have firewall set in the office machine pc be speedstream 2604 router. i do not know how to go around the firewall and access me office pc from home. Please help. thanks in advance

By default, PCA 10.5 uses port 5000 and 5001 for the connection between remote and host. Do you have those ports open in the firewall? You can change the port numbers to whatever you want, but the firewall is probably blocking the connection from your home to the office.
