PCA for contact center agents

Can you use the PCA feature for an agent? I want the agent queue calls to ring to an agents cell phone.

I would have to say no (Not that I have tried), but a call to an agent phone is delivered to the ACD key with an ACID to add a PCA the PCA has the same DN as the number you want to forward from. I do not think that you will be able to program a PCA with the same number as an ACID and do not think it would work.
 
Thanks for the reply, I tried to build the PCA with the ACID of the agent, and of course it gave me an error.
