Possibly ????, it might be something like this.

Have a read of it.

"To initialize new disks". (From Help and Support)

I have tried to partition it..but it will give me and error that unable to read c:..or you know...c: not detected or something...

The computer wont start into windows XP anymore..it will freeze before that..so i cant go into help and support to initialize a disk...

Try Safe Mode. At what point is it freezing, before or after login?

"I didnt use any partition when i installed it and also didnt used the manufactorors disk to setup my drive before installing" Can you use this manufacturer's disk to fix any problem?

As you can't get in to Help and Support to read about Initializing Disk I'll duplicate the article here for you to read.

To initialize new disks.

Open Computer Management (Local).
In the console tree, click Disk Management.
Where?

Computer Management (Local)
Storage
Disk Management

Right-click the disk you want to initialize, and then click Initialize Disk.
In the Initialize Disk dialog box, select the disk(s) to initialize.
The disk is initialized as a basic disk.

Notes

To open Computer Management, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management.
You must be logged on as a computer administrator in order to complete this procedure.
New disks appear as Not Initialized. Before you can use a disk, you must first initialize it. If you start Disk Management after adding a disk, the Initialize Disk Wizard appears so you can initialize the disk.
