PC TO AAU2

Hi to all,
I want to be connect from PC to COM4 of AAU2 directly for setup checking .
I have set winfiol 5.1 with these settings:
protocol: rs232
mode: setup with checked "open port...."
setup: Com8,9600,8,n,1,xon/xoff,dtr+rts checked (com8 because I've an pcmcia/serial interface on my laptop)
but there no communications.
Is this configuration right ?
Have you a cable pinout to check-it ?

9.4 V.24 interface
If the AAU is located inside the same magazine as the other board/equipment, cable TSR 902 0290/500 shall be used. If, on the other hand, the Agent is located in another magazine than the other board/equipment, cable TSR 902 0260/3000 or /7000 shall be used with earth-clips mounted at both ends of the cable.If the AAU shall be connected to a PPP interface, COM1 must be used.
Pin-out "COM4"
2 TX
3 RX
7 DTR (Always active)
4-5-6-8 not connected

In fact I built a rj45 cable with those specific (V.24) to db9 connector :
RJ45<-->DB9----SIGNAL
pin1<-->pin5---GND
pin2<-->pin2---TX<-->RX
pin3<-->pin3---RX<-->TX
pin7<-->pin4---DTR

It's right or wrong ?

Tomorrow I control it
Could you try to cross pin2 with pin3?

RJ45 DTR signal pin 7 connect to serial DB9 pin 6,not 4!
If not work again connect RJ45 signal pin 6 to seria DB9 pin 4 too!

This morning I tested the cable and works perfectly.

This pinout work fine:

RJ45<-->DB9 --- SIGNAL
pin1<-->pin5 --- GND
pin2<-->pin2 --- TX<-->RX
pin3<-->pin3 --- RX<-->TX
pin7<-->pin4 --- DTR
