PC Softphone over Juniper Client VPN Connection

You may need to uncheck SIP and H323 under ALG.

I have unchecked H.323 and it fails to connect with IP after that, I have not tried both SIP and H.323 I will give that a go tomorrow.

No Audio in either direction, I can see in SYSmon that a port is being blocked by watching the RTP stream no receive is coming in..

Another odd thing is PMP is not keeping me logged in its randomly logging me off.

Check the Windows firewall and make sure that you have an exception set for PhoneManager. The installation should have set this for you, but I've seen it get blocked by domain policies or other weirdness. Works fine for me.

I have seen the same thing with a vpn phone and a sip trunk.
I thought it had to do with some port forwarding but i can not recall.
I did not program the Juniper

Got it to work by converting the VPN from a policy based to a route based, disabled sip and H.323 in the ALG settings as well.
