PC shutdown while on use

My PC always shutdown automatically after using it for a few minutes.
How do I solve this problem?

Overheating could also be a problem - are your fans working - especially the one on the processor?

We need more information about your system...
 
You may have overheat protection? where the board closes down the system. Or if the processor fan is seizing fan header 1 will detect no fan revolutions and also turn off the PC (this has to be enabled) to do this. Martin

one more things is, my pc will shut down more quickly if i insert cd especially one with auto run. when it spin fast, it will shut down immediatly.
 
This is probably not the problem u have, but a simple mistake could have been you put shut down temperature at ex. 130 degrees F. in your bios settings, so when ur cpu heats up, it will auto shutdown.
