PC crash using clip art

hi all,

I have office xp installed on my W2K Domain XP client network, whenever users start using the online clip art feature in Word the pc crashes. Any ideas much apprecited

Only time I have seen anything similar was when the install was accross the network & clip art was left as being from the network & the location changed !!

<Do I need A Signature or will an X do?>

Thanks for the prompt reply, yes it is a network install but using the normal clip art is fine but when user select the clip art online button they use it for 5 mins and it crashes-quite puzzling, the same happens when i insert video clips from a web cam it works for a minute then crashes
