I'm trying to get an older PC up and running, and it has Award Plug and Play BIOS. When I turn it on, it beeps rapidly and sporadically. Could this be anything besides a RAM problem?
 
Woops I read that wrong, the repeating does say the memory, didnt see that one only see the processor, so it appears memory is faulty. What i get for eating and replying at the same time lol

Check the video card to insure that it is seated all the way.
Try re-seating the ram.
 
yeah that was the first thing I tried... it didnt seem to change much. maybe corruption in one or the other?
