PC base operator Hanging frequently_MXOneTSE

Hi all,

i am facing the Pc based operator console (CMG-Now) hanging problem frequently from last 2 months.

i have 2 PC based console and 1 normal console. If i am trying to restart the Program unit(OLP1T & OLP1D) the console which had problem is getting ready but others 2 goes Absent. If i am again restarting, the Other 2 consoles getting ready not the problematic one.

Kindly Give a solution for this issue.

Do you use CMG 7.5 or 2007?
