PC ATTENDANT NO FUNCTION

HI TO ALL

I HAVE 3 PC ATTENDANT RLS 1.1 INSTALLED IN MY CS1000M RLS 6 AND NOT ARE WORKING, I CONNECT A M2250 CONSOLE LOAN IN EVERY PORT DB25 AND WORK WELL, MY 3 INTERFACE PC WAS CHECKED AND ARE WELL, I FORMAT TWO PC´S AND RELOAD SOFTWARE AND CONTINUED DO IT THE SAME, I CHECL THE SERIAL CABLES AND ARE GOOD.

SOME IDEA FOR PUT TO WORK MY PC ATTENDANT (I HAVE LOAD IN PC WIN XP)

What part of it doesn't work? You ran the install using the setup.exe file? Did you choose standalone or network? Have you registered them? Did you install the software prior to connecting the interface unit? Do you have 3 TN's wired to it? Is your PFT switch in the off position? I guess I could go on and on, have you read the install guide and followed it?

What is the status of the LED's? They should all be off. There is a whole test procedure in the NTP's.
