what should be the max. distance between the PC console & MDF?

in our case the distance about 45 meter with a one peice cat5 cable but it is not work, it expermented near the MDF it`s work perfect.

I had to run a 25 pair cable just like the 2250.

You must have a bad cable or it is wired wrong, as you should be able to goto 900 meters/3000ft.

from where you gotS 900 meters? I`ve looked in the NTP`s but found nothing point to the distance/

othe thing is it right tha it needs 2 pairs for 2 digital TN`s programmed as 2250 , and the third digital pair ( w-s) for power, no need to programe the third TN???

He got it from the Cat-5 wiring standard 10/100 T is supposed to be good for upto 1000 yards or 3000 ft.

You may have a power problem
First 2 TN's for Console
Second 2 TN's tied together for power NOT 1 TN for power.

Or you could use a power adapter at the console instead of the 2 Power TN's.

Suggest you connect all Digital Line TN's from D25 CIU Connection to MDF to give you want you require:-

2 Primary/Seconday TN's
3 Power TN's

Cross Connect

1st w/b b/w Pri pins 26/1
2nd w/o o/w Sec pins 27/2
3rd w/s s/w Pwr pins 30/5
4th r/o o/r Pwr pins 32/7
5th r/g g/r Pwr pins 33/8
