Sorry to be thick, but i've had a system crash but can access my c drive still through a dos prompt.

before I rebuild i'm looking to get the file off that holds the numbers I dial to take remote access.

In my DOS window i can't seem to find anything (probably cos my dos isn't upto much to search files based on content!

I am using 10.5 on WinXP, so don't know if this helps.

In C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\pcAnywhere
there are files that end in .CHF.
There should be one for each PC you dial into.
If you are the host, then the file ends in .BHF

Yes - and thats whhere they were found in 9.2 - many thanks

Mike
