PC Admin Can't download config

Trying to download the phone system config to my pc. it goes thought and does a remote backup but bombs out on the translation transfer.... any ideas?

Run a search on pc admin and remote access. I have answered a lot of questions on PC Admin. After you review and it still does not help re-post your question and one of us out here will help.

The things we look for are what are you working on. ACS R what? What pc, modem and software.
