PBX TDE-100 music on hold

Good day everyone, I'm trying to change to on hold tone via M01 to my desktop, when i try to play music wav extension, it's not working. please can somebody help me to configure the music on hold.

Analog input 3.5 mm jack or default MOH ( sounds like Donkey Kong )

The TDE series is not accessible thru a browser it is a Panasonic Proprietary Program . "PBX Unified Message Console"
As Panasonic no longer supports this TDE model you'll have to find it on line.

You mean I can configure it via panasonic unified maintenance console.

on the cpu card of the TDE is an analog input for MOH/BGM. IIRC the TDE has SVM so if I am correct you can upload a wav file to the OGM

Yep, there's analog input for moh/bgm but i don't know / how where to upload the wav file.
