Callers waiting longer in a queue receive an announcement offering them to input their phone number and leave an callback message.

Is there any simple solution providing a pop-up message on te agent's screen informing agent about the caller's callback request and phone number?

not will Meridian Mail. You would need some type of CTI application to complete this, or a unified messaging system. Although I could be wrong, but I haven't heard of a way to do this.

Thanks for the reply. Of course, you are perfectly right. I was thinking about CallPilot, but this is a bit overkill for my implenetation.
