PBX Maintence Support

Hi all,

I need to find out who provides the best support to the Meridian PBX system in the UK & Ireland. We currently are with Cable and Wireless but are nearing the end of the Maintence Contract and now am wondering if anyone can recommend a better option?

Any help greatly appreciated.

if nortel makes meridians maybe they can offer something

Try the following:

Kingston Communications (

http://www.kcom.com)

British Telecom (

http://www.bt.com)

or a smaller alternative

http://www.convergedservices.co.uk/

They are all Nortel accreditted maintainers.

There are loads of others but I've used all 3 and they are OK.

BT are the biggest but can be difficult to work with at times, the other 2 are smaller and are a bit more flexible. Pricing is better too.
