PBX logout notification

Howdy,
I was wondering if there is a setting that will allow notification of when somebody logs in or out of your switch.

currently whenever you logout of our 81c it sends a "OVL13"
alarm. which is forwarded to us via OTM, but what I want to know is, is this a fluke or is there a setting that allows this? and can this be enabled on the 11c's also?
