pbx inventory

ok so i am trying to get the switch inventory of a pbx we are now responsible for.

i have the commands (ld 117)
two things:
i have the netty.xls file to generate a readable inventory file. is there a file that does that for cards and phone sets? or is the netty file what i should use?

also, how do i capture the screen or the inventory into a file from procom?

To answer the question "how do I capture the screen into a file"

Two ways:

Click menu choice Data > Capture File. Print your stuff, then uncheck the Capture. Then look in the Procomm Plus sub directory called Capture - the *.cap file is plain text.

or

Click Options > Data Options > Terminal Options and set Scroll Back Pages to 1300. Then run your INV PRT ALL or whatever, - when done click Edit > Scrollback To > File (or Windows Clipboard if you prefer to paste into Excel)
