PBX inserting # on International LD calling

Can anyone provide some insight on the below issue...
When calling international long distance, the PBX appears to be inserting a "#" at the end of the dialstring. The carrier sees it as a "C" and the call does not complete.

its on the trunk form screen, It is something that you can turn off.
