Hi,

I have a following problem. I've created a single-member PBX group (1408) associated with welcome voice annoncement:

ghgri:grp=1408,serv=10000,traf=15,sel=100000,que=1;
ghgmi:grp=1408,dir=1362;
ragai:grp=1408,welcom=3;

After playing the announcement the connection is directed properly to the PBX member (1362) as soon as this extension doesn't activate external follow-me (eg. to GSM) but when it activates this, the PBX group number (1408) becomes unreachable however direct call to PBX-member extension (1362 - externally diverted) is connected properly. Have any idea how to resolve such issue?

best regards,

Check the SEL Value bits 4&5 this sets the amount of simultanious call allowed to externally divert at any one time. Currently you are set to ZERO so no calls will be allowed to ECF.

Example to allow 2 calls you need to set sel=100002, for 16 call set sel=100016 etc.

I've changed SEL to 100002 but there's no improvement. After activating any kind of diversion (ECF or ICF) on DIR GRP becomes unreacheable

if you divert a GH member, the member will be marked as absent. In your case you only have one member, so in your case the group will be marked as absent.

You must divert the group, not the member.

only the member can do this.

correct SEL would be 100632 (the last digit=2, means that members can divert the group to external)

Now I removed the only PBX member from the group and assigned it as the divertee position (CDINI) for this group but now call terminates always on this extension (either ECF is active or not)

that is normal, you can't do 2 successive diversions.

As I stated, leave the member in the group.
To divert the group, the member must execute this code:

*22*1408#<external nr>#

to cancel the diversion do:

#22*1408#

Now it works but I lost welcome announcement when the group has been diverted

if you want this sort of functionality, you will need an external routing system. Solidus eCare or MX-ONE messaging can provide this sort of functionality.

In that case I decided to give up with ECF and tried to use mobile extension as PBX group member what almost works properly with one exception: call to mobile extension is made simultaneously with playback of welcome announcement whereas I need to send entire announcement to the caller before forwarding the call to PBX member. When a fixed extension was a group member the announcement was played entirely before forwarding the call to member extension.
