When you say dialing plan what are you looking for? Are you looking for DID's that are ported to other sites within your organization? (ie site B has 20xx dedicated to it) If that is the case then look in ld 87 and print your cdp's.

dsc whatever digit # <cr>
yes/no - you pick any fish you wish when you lay out a plan. pending on your purchase of a DID range. Dedicated LD? So you can have true dnis instead of a did being your dnis, range length for non-did sets, rollup, acd etc, etc, etc....
you need to prt/research multiple overlays to see if there is ryhme or reason to your plan. ld 23 for CDN/ACD Phoneset builds rollups ld 11. on and on.
If you were to just <cr> at the dsc prompt, all ranges that are routed via cdp will be displayed. They will look like
dsc 140x (range 1400 through 1499)
flen 4 (meaning the switch is expecting/sending 4 digits)
dsp lsc (local steering code)
npa
nxx
In both npa and nxx you can designate specific numbers to deny etc.
Now if you just wanting all Extensions programmed in your switch, go to GHTROUT's site and download mv. THen go to your switch, start capture and pull all tn's
