Got a pbx attendant console for option 11. on the LCD display on the bottom line, it normally displays busy (night mode) or idle. Somehow it display "emergency". How do i change it to show the typical "busy" or "idle" status. ???

there is a switch under the 2250 console.
check that in both possitions and be sure it is plugged in as it should.
