PB with screen agent registration in NPR 3 SP4

Hi everybody,

I have some workstation which are not reconized by SAMS based on the CLS server.
The screen agent is working in the workstation.
It's seems to have no network pb.

Do you have any idea please?
Is there any limitation license in the registration of SA?

have u checked the screen agent log on workstations in question. are the agents set up in user admin with screen agent information.

How many screen agent licenses do u have ?
