PB CORDLESS EXTENSION LICENCE

Hi,
we have an MD110 BC12 SP3,

When I use LIDAP command CORDLESS extension display
167 used /170 possible, but when we use a GEDIP or
CXAKP we obtain only 157 DECT programmed and we have only 157 DECT declared on site.

Any idea to solve my problem ?

contact you service provider, since this is clearly a licence corruption. This can be easily solved.

also demand to have your system updated to BC121SP8 to avoid such problems in the future

My service provider say me that they can't solve this problem due to "a bug in our PBX" ........

Before, changing, my version, I'd prefered to know if that can be easily solve.

Do you think a SFCEI can solve my problem ?

Hi Vince

You should request to open a Metrix ticket toward Ericsson. This problme cannot be solve by yourself. It must be done by Ericsson with SACOS commands
