PB 8.0 reverse engineer .exe to source code

Is there a reverse engineering tool that would allow me to convert PB executables to PB source code. The source code that was provided to me does not match production executables. The development PC no longer exists.

That's what I figured. Even if a company had a tool like that they would never let it out to the public.
