PAXTON Net 2 secure netry using Avaya SIP 3rd party endpoints. No video 1

I have been roped into setting this up by the company providing the secure door entry system . I assumed that Paxton had thier own software and I would just license the door entry panels as endpoints and then thier software would work wth them but when I arrived there was no PAXTON software they just want you to use a 3rd party softphone so Itried a couple. X-Lite is the one I manged to get working with voice but no video. The PAXTON kit uses H.264 codec for video and I can see thats not an option on mycodecs, is there anyway to actually use the video features here or has the customer been sold a duffer?

we have a few connected to IPO using 3d party sip licences, you should be able to get video to an equinox client or k175,

Thanks for this, I had almost confirmed as much from Scansource but they had no Paxton experience so much appreciated, just waiting on the softphone license to arrive for it as Im told thats all it needs to work without preferred edition.
