you are missing ring voltage in magazine 0. if you don't have analog extensions in magazine 0 you can use CNREC:LIM=1,MAG=0,REU=NO; to remove the alarm. if you do have analog extensions in this magazine, you must replace the RG5DC (or REU in case of PU4DC/PU5DC)

Hi,
we have the problem when changed our PU4DC to RG5DC under Service advice about PU4DC (E/// delivered RG5DC free of charge). But we gave CNREC:LIM=1,REU=NO; in our 1-LIM BC9, because: "The parameter (MAG) is only used when parameter REU = YES."

yeah offcourse, my fault, first you do CNREC:LIM=1,REU=NO; and then CNREC:LIM=1,MAG=x,REU=YES; for all magazines that contain REU

I still have that alarm.

i have changed a RG5DC with a PU5DC.

Clearify the situation:

LIM1

------------------------
ELU29 ? What PU? MAG3 ? (Do you have it?)
------------------------
------------------------
ELU29 ? What PU? MAG2 ? (Do you have it?)
------------------------
------------------------
ELU29 ? What PU? MAG1 ? (Do you have it?)
------------------------
------------------------
ELU29 ? What PU? MAG0 ?

sometimes this falut occur due to a faluty BMG try to measure the voltage input to each magazine to RG5DC it should be -48 VDC

East Or West Google Is The Best

There is a switch on the RG5DC to enable/disable the ringer. New cards are delivered with the ringer turned off.

please let us know what the problem was, so others users can learn from your experience...

It was a problem with the backplain. I change the position of the REU and it works.
