Everything seems to be working however on my IP phone it gives me an option to pause, resume and stop recording. I’ve went through the feature codes and don’t see the corresponding codes for pause, resume and stop. Thus my question is..How do I control the recording from a standard digital set?

Thanks

What model of digital handset are you using?? 7208 etc?

I believe that on the 2-line display handsets (7316), then the softkeys become active with those features.

Can someone else verify this please

NCSS, NCDS, NCTS

yes you need a set with the 2 line display and the softkeys

Some times the star and pound keys plus the hold button are used instead of the softkeys.
