Is there a way to dial in and manage the partner messaging system. I believe there is but can't remember. It is version 6 with a 4 port card and 7 of acs. Remote card is installed as well.
If the auto attendant answers then just hit *7 and mailbox and password. if the operator answers then have them tranfer you to 777 or trans to an ext with vm and when the vm answers press *7.
Since it is a messaging unit, if you have the PC software installed open a port on the firewall i forget which ones (maybe someone can help) then you can just type in the ip of the system and log in via PC messaging software
