For some reason every so often all users are not able to log in to Pathworks. All get the error message after accessing Pathworks and trying to access a file on the server drive: Drive is not available. When they check on the status of the drive they get the message License Authentication Expired. They then reboot Pathworks and all are able to get on to server and access the files. It would seem that either sessions are not releasing or more probably, the Pathworks server is going down for some reason. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a Pathworks patch for it?
