Hi All,

I have Auto-Attendant configured via an ACD path, you can dial in and hear the greeting to press the options.

When you try to dial the options nothing happens.

The system is a 3300 MXe on version 4.2

Any help would be great.

Andy

Have you assigned a Path Interflow Dialing List to the ACD Path? Also is the release Digit reciever option disabled. without that you cant press a digit once the RAD has played.

Hi Gents,

Thank you for your response and help, I'm using a Path Interflow with option 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6

I also have the release digit receiver set to no.

This doesn't make a difference, I'm still unable to press any of the options.

You are not answering the question we are asking.

There are 3 Components -

Path Interflow list programming
Path interflow assigned in path
Digit Receiver

Have you assigned the Path interflow list to the Path?

Hi kwbMitel,

Yes I have assigned the Path Interflow list to the ACD path, I have also configured the Path Interflow list programming with the options required - I have also set the digit receiver to (no)

This made no difference

Thank you, Andy
