do you think that the ss need pathes ? and if yes what kind of batches ?

regards

Has this ever worked or is this a new problem?

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

both good questions along with, if your dialing acod, have you allowed that access in 49.. by default you can not dial an acod or any number past the acod..

This is our first RLS 5 pbx, i checked the tgar and other resriction , every thing is ok, but regarding johonpoole question , iam not configure the nctl or fcr, do u think think that is the reason??

Quoted: You "checked the tgar and other restriction, every thing is ok"

Sorry, but based on the way the question is posed and your comment "iam not not configured the NCTL", there is some question that you know what OK is.

Humor us if you want this resolved. Tell us your TGAR, the routes TARG, whether or not you are using BARS or dialing the Route "ACCD" directly.

Even the TNB of the phone your trying to use would help.

Dear friends
First I am sorry for r late in replaying , because now a days just on evening have access to the internet.

Second, I want you to have the idea that I did not configure the NCTL or FCR , is that effect ??? Despite the phone with UNR??

Try to set the Route's TARG to 0 ? I thought I posted to check TGAR/TARG right after the original post... it may or may not work.

The phone's TGAR of 15 is not common these days - that value was designed to allow over-ride of Attendant Console Trunk Group Busy. If this is a test phone or your phone, you can make make your TGAR 0 I think.
