We have a maintenance contract with SBC. Outside calls sometimes would get a Fast Busy. So SBC downloaded a patch.
Meanwhile a SBC tech dialed in to look at our switch and said we were behind in patches. SBC says its the customer's responsibility to go to the Nortel website to see what patches are needed.
Could someone tell me where I would find this information about patches.
