OK, well there are actually 3 patches there. Each one is a fix to make the licence handling software work in the fashion desired by the software designers.

Well,
patches have been around for a long time now in MD110 systems, these are corrections that correct faults or change functionality.
If you want to know what they actually do/fix, you'll need to contact Aastra and I doubt they will give you any info on this subject.
You can always read the contents of the patch with PCASP command but I doubt that it will be of any use to you.
