Patch Install Error 1

BCM 400 rel 3.7 2.4f

Try to install a patch and get the folowing error:

The MSC Core telephony could not be recognized. Please confirm that the telephones connected to the BCM are functioning properly.

I have tried a reboot, another computer with the upgrade software on it and 3 different patches. Get the same error everytime.

FTP server initializes and then the Health Check starts and after about 5 seconds it returns that error.

Any Ideas?

It won't blow out the telephony.
