Patch file missing in Meridian Option 11

Whenever I start the Meridian Option 11C system, I'm getting a bunch of error messages on the terminal screen. For one, it's saying that it's missing some patch files. How do I get access to the patch files in the first place?

To see what patches are installed:

goto LD 22
for REQ prompt, type ISSP

If you print out the patch list and the patch that the error code says you need is missing, then you need to contact your vendor or if you don't have one. Then you need to call the nortel TAC support and have then download them. I don't know the 800 number for the TAC or I would give it to you.
