SYSTEM HAS NO USER SELECTED PEPS IN-SERVICE

If you have a Sig Server use Element manager, If not then put it on a PCMCIA and do it from PDT.

if you need the PDT Commands:

pdt>cd c:/u/patch
pdt>cp a:/p21572_1.ssc . (this is if you put the PCMCIA in
the A drive and the . means copy
to current directory)
pdt>pload p21572_1.ssc (will give you a patch handle)
pdt>pins <patch handle No.> (eg pins 120)
