Does anyone know a back door to reset the password for the unified manager. I tried all the defaults and they don't work.

We think a former employee got into the BCM and deleted or changed the passwords. I'm just asking before I open a TAC case with Nortel. This is a 3.5
 
You need to open a case for this. Case owner will give you a daily password!!
 
I know there is a command in the BCM you need to run from the command prompt in a terminal session to reset the password. But the password is not common knowledge. It is like the PDT password on the meridian only the select few know it.
