I have a customer with a 824 DS with DR5 software. The password has been changed, and the installing doesn't know what it was changed to. System installed in 1993.
Any suggestions.

Forget to mention, customer does not have a RAD.

The FAQ does not cover all software versions. The British Norstars for example uses different Hex addresse's.

True on both...I will see about getting that FAQ's updated to 6.1 for N.A. and will see for UK.
