Password Voice Mail Meridian 1 Op 11 C 1

Hi.

It is possible that i can assign a Fixed Password in the Meridian Voice Mail for the ussers?

Some people in our commpany ask me if is posible that solution, because at the momment all the users needed to change his password once in a while by request of the meridian mail.

Please let me know your comments.

Yes. Go to Voice Administration --> Voice Security Options.

I WOULD NOT DO IT, THERE IS TO MUCH HACKING THROUGH VOICEMAILS. YOU NEED TO KEEP THE SECURITY AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE.
