Password reset for 3904 digital set 2

I have an end-user that needs to reset the password on his 3904 set. He took this spot over from another person and doesn't know the existing password. We have an Option81 with Succession 3.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The new default password is 12345678,..I think.
It is in the NTP's.
