Is this a configuration thing or a requirement?
Moving IP 9608 phones from IP Office to a new duplicated CM R6.3.
On the IP Office, we didn't have passwords for the phones. When we try that on the CM, we get Password Error in the phone screen.
We REALLY don't want to have to use passwords for the phones. Please advise.
